Social Development reiterates dedication to bettering SASSA services

Social Development Minister Sisisi Tolashe has pledged her assistance and commitment to strengthening South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) services throughout an engagement with all the company's senior professionals in a strategic preparing session in Cape Town.
Tolashe on Tuesday expressed her heartfelt congratulations to the numerous social grant beneficiaries, who excelled in the 2024 matric examinations.
Of your 724 156 full-time learners who registered to the National Senior Certification (NSC), 572 338 are social grant beneficiaries, representing 81% of your registered pupils inside the instruction sector.
These learners reached a commendable pass rate of 86%.
